Whistleblower Lalitha Kunaratnam has received a letter of demand from MACC Chief Tan Sri Azam Baki over the publication of two articles that purportedly questions the latter’s share purchases. She has been asked to issue a public apology within 14 days, remove the aforementioned articles and pay RM 10 million in damages for tarnishing his reputation.
