Social media celebrity chef, Khairul Aming, recently announced that he closed the Sambal Nyet factory for five days and took all 60 of his staff on vacation to Langkawi. They were provided with a 5-star hotel, jetski, explore cave, snorkelling, private yacht to watch the sunset and shopping money. This brought on a wave of admiration and surprise from the public.
