Senior Education Minister Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin recently announced that Sejarah will continue to be a mandatory pass subject in SPM - and this came after nearly 12% of the SPM 2021 candidates failed either the Bahasa Malaysia or Sejarah paper. This opens up the question of how we could improve when it comes to the way Sejarah is taught, especially since it's meant to encourage nation-building, and becoming a better citizen.
