UT hasn't added a varsity sport in 30 years, so it's a big deal that women's rowing is the latest addition. Their newly minted steward of the program, coach Chris Bailey Greene, visits to indulge all of my questions of rowing ignorance.

The Metroparks have a levy coming up on the ballot this spring, they also just surpassed 100,000 ice skaters, and have a long ways to go before our riverwalk will be complete.

The Athlete. A mental health summit is (hopefully) happening at the Imagination Station on February 22nd EDIT FEB 24TH!. The event is  putting parents coaches and kids in the same room to better handle the mental health of all. Therapist Jonelle Massey visits to discuss her event and her life as a former high level college athlete, and her approaches to helping those that come to her office

It's been a little over a year since Cecil's been by...after Alex had held out on introducing us. 

Cecil's youth oriented Empowering Minds program returns later this month. What he learned from the kids last year, and changes to this year's programming, that will run thru June.

I also wanted him to talk about the mental health aspects of the brief Tik Tok ban.  

First, HIS hoarding (his word) of video game systems that I happily got him invigorated for.
