About Kate:

  • Kate's transformation began with a stressful corporate career that left her unfulfilled. She turned things around by integrating evidence-based tools and listening to her inner wisdom. This shift led her to leave her executive career in 2015 to start her coaching practice, achieving six figures in her first year through word-of-mouth referrals. She also lost 30 kilograms, overcame a 20+ year alcohol habit, and earned Honours Recognition for her MBA despite not finishing Year 12. Kate has designed a fulfilling life that allows her to make a positive impact daily.
