Simplicity founder Sam Stubbs is wanting to change the way New Zealander's look at housing, and investing in infrastructure in general. 

In this episode he joins me to for a look into the current housing crisis and what he, and others, could and should be doing about it. He also discusses the role New Zealand's pension funds should play in long-term investments in infrastructure projects, comparing their impact on economic growth with successful models like Singapore and Denmark.

Sam also spotlights the pressing need for reform in New Zealand's banking sector, saying that we have been duped by the Aussie banks for too long.
