The man in the middle of the biggest news story in town - Act Leader and soon to be Deputy Prime Minister David Seymour. Amongst Māori he’s become 'persona non grata' and his Treaty Principles bill has seen the Māori Party mobilise thousands of people to march onto Parliament grounds tomorrow.
What I like about Seymour is his belief in what he is doing is right and he has even said he’d be happy to meet the leaders of the Hīkoi, who have thrown it back in his face with a series of insults, saying 'what does he know?' Tonight we talk about all this with David.
