I want to go beyond the two words ’mental health’ and find out what’s going on with our kids, they are reporting record high levels of anxiety, self harm and our suicide rates are sadly at the top of the OECD index.

• I’ll talk to Fiona a guidance counsellor in a  college where teachers are now being specifically trained in how to spot mental health issues with our kids.
