Marie Russel is one soul who is definitely walking, talking and living the path of Yoga.

Her whole life has been dedicated to unlearning what is un-true and relearning what is true. No stranger to challenge and grief, she has survived miscarriages, breast cancer and the loss of her first husband, to rise like the phoenix with a new love, a new family, a new business and a renewed purpose to spread love at every opportunity.
