Henna Maria is the epitome of what it means to be a spiritual activist. Perhaps the harsh climate of Finland, her native country, was good 'training ground' for the life she was destined to live. With its long winters, sub-arctic temperatures and an extended twilight from May to August where the sun doesn't set at all in the north, Finland definitely infuses its inhabitants with a unique expression of resilience, integrity and strength, essential attributes for any warrior woman worth her weight in light.

Now grounded in warmer climes in the Andalusian Mountains, Henna weaves her special blend of heart-centered practices and humanitarian projects to assist the shifting of human consciousness. As a writer, speaker, retreat leader, healer, peacemaker and advocate of Mother Earth, she has been a driving force in bringing awareness and consciousness to the vaccine debate and educating people about their health options and their rights.

When I first heard of Henna and her mission, I was immediately inspired and have followed her work and her journey ever since. It was such a privilege to connect with her to discuss body sovereignty, sacred evolution and holistic health and to discover what makes this amazing human tick.
