An Australian woman trying to farewell her dying father must fork out $7500 for a chartered flight to move from Sydney to Melbourne quarantine, as the Prime Minister puts pressure on health officials to solve compassionate border cases. Vaccines will be mandatory for residential aged care workers with everyone required to have at least a first dose by mid-September while quarantine workers and their household members must also have the jab.
