Cocaine Use Rife In Eastern Suburbs Over The Weekend 18/10/21

View descriptionShare
Sydney’s cocaine addiction was evident on the first weekend after lockdown with a taxi driver among 17 people caught dealing or in possession of cocaine in just two nights of routine police operations across the eastern suburbs. Social media and reality TV shows have been blamed for a disturbing spike in violent attacks by schoolgirls, with the number of bashings committed at NSW public schools hitting a 20-year high. Premier Dominic Perrottet has resisted mounting pressure to ease more restrictions as NSW soared through the 80 per cent double vaccination threshold.  And in sport, the investigation into the shocking behavioural problems in Australian football will begin as early as this week, coinciding with the Matildas’ biggest stars returning home for the series against Brazil.
