  • 2 cups (500ml) milk
  • 1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  6. Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the cheese sauce and stir to combine.

  7. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until evenly coated.

  8. Pour the mac and cheese mixture into the greased baking dish.

  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the mac and cheese.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
