Charlotte FC on Wednesday announced the signing of US International Defender Tim Ream on a permanent transfer from Fulham. The 36-year-old Ream comes home to the US after 13 years abroad at Fulham and Bolton, last playing in MLS with the New York Red Bulls in 2011.
