Buyback houses auctioned off in Lismore
featuring Wal and Murrays First National Real Estate Salesperson Ben Conte
Another ten buyback homes have gone to auction, adding to seventy sold throughearlier auctions at the behest of the NSW Reconstruction Authority.
The authority bought the properties as part of its Resilient Homes Program in response to the Northern RIvers 2022 floods and landslides disaster.
The houses from South and North Lismore and Girards Hill didn’t have any reserve price, with bidding able to start and end at a dollar.
September’s auction was held at the Lismore Heights Sports Club and was organised by local real estate agency, Wal Murrays Real Estate First National, where Ben Conte is a salesperson.
