Sheriff Terry Rowan explains in addition to all the normal operations, what UCSO does during the Pendleton Round-Up. Rowan also addresses a suggestion made during the Pendleton City Council meeting regarding the homeless and increasing the capacity of the jail. He also discusses a suggestion that when people are jailed from outside the city of Pendleton that they be returned to their communities when they are released.
