Mayor John Turner and City Manager Robb Corbett recap last night's Pendleton Development Commission (PDC) and City Council meetings. Next, under the city council agenda, Corbett discusses an amendment to ordinances concerning dog owners leaving their dogs unattended at the city's dog parks. Corbett also talks about funding for a new assistant fire chief position.
