Former Montrealer Mathieu Grondin is the current Nightlife Commissioner for Ottawa. Mathieu was originally part of 24/24 Montréal, a non-profit organization that aimed to promote and foster nightlife in the city. He joined Joanne Vrakas to explain why he left Montreal, what became of 24/24 Montréal and whether Ottawa has a better nightlife than Montreal.
