Bonny Reichert's father lived through the Holocaust in Auschwitz-Birkenau, surviving on potato peels and coffee grounds. His story eventually inspired her to write a book about it: How to Share an Egg: A True Story of Hunger, Love and Plenty. She spoke to Andrew Carter about it.
