The OPP in Centre Hastings posted this picture:

No. No, you cannot use bolts to attach a big set of horns like this to the hood of your car. These young men dropped in to the Central Hastings OPP Detachment this afternoon to ask if adding this unique modification was okay. Once the sergeant explained that it was a hazard and not acceptable, the young men deposited the horns back in the trunk. We're glad they asked!!
