On Election Day morning Richard had a conversation with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul.  "We should not be confused about what is at stake," Raoul told Chew. "There are life life and death consequences at stake with this election, and that's no there's no exaggeration. When we talk about fortifying personal freedoms, we're talking about some really, really serious matters."
