Easier said then done. Social wellbeing has three elements

1. Social Acceptance - accepting others
2. Social Actualisation - knowing who they are and their purpose within society 
3. Social Contribution - A sense of belonging to the community and making a contribution to society. 

In this episode we touch on Social Acceptance. 

High performers are the most incredible listeners. They hold space and ask strong questions. They want the best from their tribe. They want to empower their people and always get them to believe in themselves. Sometimes we don't get that response from athletes. 

If I want to be a high performer - I make the most generous assumption people are doing the best they can. Then we go from there.

If everyone could apply this stuff we would have many successful people in the world, but how do we be the anomaly In order for us to control and manage stress, to feel good and function well we need to have a clear vision of the person we are trying to become. 

Values are the key.
