Langford-Highlands MLA Ravi Parmar joined the program to discuss FIFA World Cup festivities in Langford, but the conversation began with politics following Amelia Boultbee's move to the BC NDP caucus.
Parmar said Boultbee's decision reflects both confidence in Premier David Eby's leadership and concerns about the direction of the BC Conservative Party.
Asked whether other MLAs could eventually make a similar move, Parmar stopped short of making any predictions but had a message for Conservatives unhappy with their party.
"If you're interested in a conversation, reach out," Parmar said.
