Ryan is joined by Ben Mycroft, chair of the Urban Development Institute - Capital Region, to discuss a review of the Capital Regional District's Water Supply Master Plan by engineer Jonathan Huggett who says the CRD's proposed $2 billion upgrade to the water supply system, which includes a $1 billion filtration plant, is based on flawed projections and other questionable data. 

The CRD tells CFAX 1070 it looks forward to continuing an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders and members of the public regarding both the design of the development cost charge and the feasibility study for each specific project outlined in the Master Plan.
