While both sides of the debate represent noble motives and seek the same objective, how to best achieve it, unfortunately, remains controversial. Let me suggest that this study’s passage in Luke makes a strong and simple case for the following: The believer’s primary emphasis on heart change will assuredly and eventually result in culture change.
