Listener Ferouz reached out to Lester Kiewit to voice her concern after she detected an online purchase being made on her Woolworths account, which she says was fraudulent as it was a sizeable order for alcohol and for a different delivery address. Her concern is that she battled to report it to the fraud department, and also the way in which they handled the case. * We have reached out to Woolworths for a response.
