Lester Kiewit speaks to Timothy Duckitt, owner of the Euphoroa Social Club in Kraaifontein after his arrest went viral. Police raided the premises saying they were looking for guns but left with bags of dagga. Duckitt, was never charged and says he has the paperwork to have marijuana on the premises, and police are aware of this.
