Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) Alan Mokoki says South African business leaders have not been able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist on the Continent.
This comes as the government is trying to deepen trade relations with other countries in Africa to maximise the opportunities that will be presented by the African Continental Free Trade Agreement which will see the removal of expensive tariffs and open access to the bigger African market.
Speaking to Channel Africa's reporter, Dimakatso Leshoro Mokoki says local business leaders need to change their mindset to not only export finished products but to see the African Continent for what it is and explore growth opportunities.
