This week on Bros and Cons, we sit down with Kinahoi — a man whose life was shaped by violence from the start. Growing up in the housing blocks of Campbelltown, surrounded by chaos, fighting wasn’t a choice… it was survival.

He opens up about getting pulled into gang culture, being on the run, and going in and out of prison. From drug addiction to losing custody of his son, this is the reality most people never see — no filters, no glorification.

But this story doesn’t end there.

After the devastating loss of his sister to suicide, everything changed.
