Unconfirmed: Pres. Joe Biden is allowing Ukraine to strike Russia with U.S. long-range missiles, which has angered Russia. Russia recently changed its nuclear doctrine to allow the country to respond with nuclear weapons if it's attacked by a client of a nuclear-armed adversary.
