Tune in here to this Wednesday edition of Breaking With Brett Jensen!
Breaking Brett Jensen kicks the show off by talking about yesterday's runoff primary election for Lt. Governor and North Carolina State Auditor. The turnout was exceptionally low with 2.76% of eligible voters statewide and only 1.42% of eligible voters in Mecklenburg County showing up to cast their vote. Even fewer voted in the NC State Auditor race with 133 thousand voters showing up yesterday and 8 thousand of them not voting for the auditor.
Later in the show Brett shares a clip from Mark Garrison in the WBT Newsroom talking about the Medal of Honor Museum that will be opening on May 25th in Charleston, South Carolina.
Brett wraps tonight's show up by discussing Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools considering switching to a four-day school week, the Carolina Panthers releasing the schedule for their upcoming season, and what he did for his birthday yesterday.
