As CVs go, Taryn Brumfitt's has to be one of the most impressive. She is 2023's Australian of The Year, a body image activist, director, writer and speaker. Taryn is on a mission to teach everyone to embrace their bodies, and has played a pivotal role in Chloé's journey.

In this episode, Taryn joins Chloé to talk about her own body-acceptance story, reveals what it's like to be Australian of The Year, and shares some powerful wisdom on how we can all embrace the body we're in.
