Well, whether alarming or not, a new article released by the Express News explains how the UIL has seen the lowest attendance in football finals since 2016, not counting 2020. The UIL is concerned about it and also said for the first time ever, the college football playoffs beginning that weekend may have been a factor with the NCAA’s new 12-team format. By the way, 39 days away, 3 Boerne teams… Will any of them see the state title this year?
In baseball, quite literally the opposite results from the past couple of nights before. On Sunday, the Rangers lost to Detroit 2-1 and the Astros beat Seattle 11-3 in a huge division win.
The Cowboys are officially at training camp and Tyler Smith, at the same time he’s negotiating his contract, says the Super Bowl is still the goal for America’s team. As for the Texans, players are to report tomorrow and camp begins on Wednesday.
