It’s Thursday December 4th.
Born on this date in 1944 was the late Dennis Wilson, the middle brother of the Beach Boys who drowned in Marina Del Rey at the age of 39. He served as the drummer and baritone for the band, and was the only true surfer amongst the group.

Boerne’s own General LeRoy Sisco found himself in the Oval Office with President Trump yesterday for the signing of a Bill that raised the stipend for Medal of Honor Recipients. Sisco says 15 years ago he worked with a Congressman to get that raised from $600 a month to $1400 a month….and now thanks to Congressman Troy Nehls and Senator Ted Cruse the Bill passed in the House 434 to 0, and in the Senate 100-0… Now our American Heroes will be paid around $5,500 a month tax free. General Sisco said outside of his family, this was the most heart warming thing he’s ever done. And if you know him you know he’s done a lot of great stuff for our Veterans.
There’s a couple of Santa and Blue Santa sightings today. The first one is at Boerne Radio’s Boost Boerne Business event at Infiniti of Boerne on I-10 from 4-6 where not only Santa will be there, but all 2 of his Reindeer…I think it’s Donder and Blitzen…and we even have a little Thunder and Lightnight with our chance for rain. We ask you bring a toy for the Blue Santa Program - and for every toy you bring you’ll get a bonus door prize ticket to win a $500 Sponsorship Package with Boerne Radio. And if you can’t make the 4-6pm event at Infiniti of Boerne, then the party moves over the Cavender Chevrolet for their Toy Drive for Blue Santa. They will have food, fun, giveaways, and holiday cheer. That event at Cavendar Chevrolet goes from 5-8pm.
