💃 ICYMI: Sharon’s School of Dance Joins the Morning News Express

With Drew Phelps filling in for Bob Miller, the Morning News Express welcomed Sharon Hume, owner of Sharon’s School of Dance in Frederick, to talk about the fun and growing community surrounding her local line-dancing classes.

Sharon discussed her transition from operating a traditional dance studio to bringing line dancing directly to restaurants, Moose lodges, American Legion halls and other venues throughout the area.

The conversation covered what newcomers can expect at a class, why no previous dance experience is necessary, the variety of music and dances she teaches and the friendships that have developed among her regular dancers.

Sharon also highlighted her Wednesday night line dancing at Bentztown in Downtown Frederick, along with other classes and events throughout Frederick, Thurmont, Westminster and the surrounding area.
