Bobby is so happy for Carter Faith earning her first ACM nomination! Her album 'Cherry Valley' has been nominated for ACM Album of the Year. It is also the first debut album to be nominated since Chris Stapleton's “Traveller. We wanted to take a look back to when Carter Faith sat down with Bobby to discuss her musical journey. Growing up in a non-musical family in Davidson, North Carolina, she was inspired by music at a young age and taught herself to play guitar and piano. She shares how she went from being a shy kid, to performing at places around her hometown. Carter also tells us why she wanted to quit school and reveals which artists speak to her. She also tells us what it meant to sign her record deal, why she wants to become a big deal and more!
