Award-winning songwriter Jessie Jo Dillon sits down with Bobby to count down his 10 favorite songs she’s written and share the stories behind some of the biggest hits in country music. Jessie Jo talks about writing with artists like Megan Moroney, Maren Morris, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi and more, including the songs that came together instantly, the ones that almost didn’t happen and the cuts she never expected to become massive. She also opens up about the pressure that comes with being a hit songwriter, how she knows when an idea is worth chasing, and why some of the simplest songs can be the hardest to write. Plus, Jessie Jo talks about launching her own label, working closely with artists, and how her approach to songwriting has changed after hundreds of cuts.
