US equity futures stalled as traders turned their attention to a busy earnings slate and the upcoming Federal Reserve policy decision. Nasdaq 100 futures fell 0.2% and S&P 500 contracts were flat after Monday’s strong gains, with tech fundraising being the main sentiment driver. Markets are pricing a small chance of a quarter-point Fed hike this week and a strong probability of one in December, with the Fed's decision expected to determine global financial conditions. Mike Wilson, CIO and Chief US Equity Strategist at Morgan Stanley joins Bloomberg's Tom Keene and Paul Sweeney on Surveillance to discuss the markets and more.
