He has served as the Ministry Director for Salem in Colorado Springs, and since 1992, Mark has been the founder and director of the Starting Over on the Inside, a transformative prison ministry with over 1,500 on-site graduates in 12 Colorado prisons and over 51,000 graduates on tablets. He has also served as a chaplain for the Colorado Department of Corrections since 2015. Mark discusses how their recovery program works, the recidivism rate, and sexual sin in the church.
