Pro-Palestine protestors have made their presence felt at a private Jewish event in the Valley at the weekend.

Members of the Jewish community attended a private function hosted by the State Zionist Council of Queensland at The Wickham to celebrate the Jewish holiday Shavuot, where they were met with protesters.

Queensland Jewish Board of Deputies President Jason Steinberg joined Bill McDonald on 4BC Mornings to discuss.

Despite many effective trials, a social media expert says age verification "isn't perfect".

Tech giants resisting world-first laws to restrict children under the age of 16 from social media sites, now have no excuse after a trial has found that age-verification technology is effective. 

Social Media Expert and Founder of Dark Horse Agency Nicole Jameson told Bill McDonald on 4BC Mornings, "The age verification is not perfect and it's still confusing 16-year-olds with 23-year-olds."
