White played JUCO football at Lackawanna College in Pennsylvania and his head coach was Mark Duda, a fourth-round selection of the St. Louis Cardinals in the 1983 NFL Draft. Duda, who enters his 30th season as Lackawanna's head coach, joined former Big Red teammate Ron Wolfley and Paul Calvisi to talk about White's arrival in Arizona, his style of play and ability to lead.
