As we transition into the back half of July, the college football off-season is heating up, and we have a jam-packed show covering all things Volunteers athletics.

In this episode, we preview SEC Media Days as Coach Josh Heupel prepares to visit with three of the program's most prominent upperclassmen leaders. We then transition into a series of deep-dive discussions on the inner workings and leadership strategies at the University of Tennessee. First, we take a look at how the athletic department is aggressively expanding and innovating in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space through non-traditional revenue sharing, local collectives, and major corporate contracts.

From there, we take you behind the scenes of the football program to explore the critical role of high-level analysts. We unpack how Coach Heupel has built a massive off-field brain trust consisting of offensive minds like Jim Chaney, Seth Littrell, and Landry Jones, as well as defensive veteran Alan Williams. We also breakdown the intense, competitive off-season conditioning program brought in by vertical coordinator Kurt Oedinger. Finally, we address the biggest questions from the fanbase, including a close look at the McIntyre vs. Brandon quarterback competition, defensive line depth under Rodney Garner, and structural adaptations to the edge-rusher position.
