Episode 86: David’s victory over Goliath brought him into the house of Saul, and Saul began sending him out as a man of war. While in the house Jonathan, Saul’s son, and David grew to be closer than brothers. Whenever David would return from battle, crowds would shout his name and the women would sing of what he had done. This made Saul jealous. And in his jealousy, Saul began plotting ways to kill his faithful servant.
