Monday, May 5: It will be two busy weekends over at the International Motor Racing Research Center in Watkins Glen. On May 10th at 1pm, the IMRRC will host their first Center Conversation program of the season “Straight Line Speed – the history of Niagara Dragway” at the Center. This marks the first time in the 27 year history of the organization that they have focused on drag racing.
The following weekend, May 17th-18th, the village will host "Corvette Thunder in the Glen." It will serve as a weekend long tribute to the Corvette, which can be considered the birthplace of the car. Kip Zeiter from the IMRRC swings by to fill us in on all of the happenings.
