For more than four decades, Cathy Haight has been a cornerstone of IAC athletics. She has coached at Groton, Odessa-Montour, and Lansing, eventually becoming the Athletic Director at Southern Cayuga before taking the helm as president of the IAC. Cathy founded the Lansing High School girls soccer program and led the Bobcats for 14 seasons, building a culture of teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship. Today, as IAC president, she continues to support athletes and coaches across the conference, helping them reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Beyond coaching, Cathy's leadership, commitment, and vision have left a lasting mark on the region’s sports community, inspiring countless athletes, students and coaches along the way.
