The Corporation will celebrate key milestones and achievements of
women over the years. In celebrating these milestones, the SABC will
emphasize the role that women have played in deepening democracy
while reflecting on the progress made by the acts of courage and
determination by ordinary women, men, those who have played an extraordinary role in championing gender equality in South Africa.
