The Limpopo Centre For Skills Development is a Non Profit
Organization that aims to bring hope to the vulnerable community
through farming, arts and crafts, baking, sewing, shoe making and
candle making. The NGO further provides skills not only to Women
but to Gender Based Violence victims, the Disabled, the Youth, the
Homeless, Ex convicts and Recovering Addicts so that they can have
a place to stand for themselves in the community.

Dr Mahlatse Thosago, a member of the South African Society of Psychiatrists unpacks the growing use of GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro for weight management.

While these medications can have significant benefits when appropriately prescribed, psychiatrists are warning that we also need to consider what happens to a person’s mental health as their weight, relationship with food, self-image and even relationships change.
