He resigned from his job as a learning practitioner in 2015 to broaden his community outreach. In 2024, Arefetogeng NPC, which he established, collaborated with Lubocon Group to provide assistance to the Maleboho West circuit in Limpopo, which consists of Quintile 1 schools.
