A 42-year-old divorced father says he has struggled with depression, anxiety and alcohol abuse after his ex-wife was arrested in connection with his sister’s death, leaving him to care for her children. After finding love again, he felt betrayed when his partner hid her HIV status, and now faces the difficult task of explaining their breakup to his family, who had grown close to her.
