One of the bucket list guests I had for the season was Sir John Kirwin.
Sir JK has done incredible things through sharing his mental health journey, he’s helped so many people including myself.
In this episode, my goal was not to cry like the other 2 times but also to talk to Sir JK about anxiety, his journey with it, his advice, tips, tricks and it’s one of the most beneficial conversations I’ve ever had (I was also so nervous I sweated ALOT hahaha)
